There are NO SEPERATE MEDICAL FORMS TO FILL OUT AND MAIL IN. All camper medical information, health questions and parental permissions are completed online during the online registration. Please click HERE for the online registration. ONCE AGAIN, THERE ARE NO MEDICAL FORMS NEEDED!

GETTING TO CAMP ON Sunday, AUGUST 13 for NON-BUS RIDERS
Drop off at Camp is Sunday between 2-3pm ONLY. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHECK ANYONE IN BEFORE 2pm, so please do not come earlier than that time. In fact, the Camp Pontiac staff will still be cleaning the campus, as their summer long camp will just be ending. In addition, our staff will be finishing their training and will not be ready to begin supervision until AFTER 2pm. Again, we do ask you kindly, PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY! Our first meal at Camp is DINNER on Sunday. Please be sure your camper eats lunch before checking in to camp!
Pick up time on Friday, August 18 is at 1pm. If coming earlier, please send Mike and email so we can have your camper ready to go!
Please see our recommended packing lists by clicking HERE.
Some have asked about money; there is a canteen with snacks and sports drinks that will be open each night, as well as an ice cream shop that will open after dinner. Most campers spend between $10-15 per day. Runners Edge will also have a store open daily selling running shoes, apparel and other sports related items. They take cash, but also can process credit cards as well.

CAMPER MEDICATION GUIDELINES
Prescription Medications - It is essential that all medications you send be in the original prescription bottle with a legible label and complete directions for administration. Please only send the amount of medication needed for the duration of camp with one or two extra doses in the event one is dropped or spilled. Please keep the remainder at home.
Epi Pens - Epi pens should be labeled with the camper’s name. You may send in your child’s own Benadryl if that is also recommended. Please place both in a Ziploc bag that is also labeled.
Inhalers and Nebulizers - Any camper with a history of asthma or exercise induced asthma should bring all asthma medication with them. Routine, preventive inhalers will be kept in the infirmary and rescue inhalers should be with the campers at all times. Ideally, send a back up rescue inhaler in case one is lost. The camp has nebulizer machines, and therefore only nebulizer medication and tubing needs to be sent. Please advise your child that if his/her symptoms are not being controlled well they should see the nurse.
Over-the-Counter Medications - Even OTC medications must be kept in the infirmary. If you plan on sending any up with your camper, it must be in a ziplock bag with the campers name on it and turned into the infirmary upon arrival to camp.
No Medication May Be Kept In the Bunks! - Camp Pontiac has a fully supplied infirmary with a nurse on site. All medications including over-the-counter medications, creams, etc must be turned into the infirmary for daily administration. This is to comply with the state Health Department regulations but more importantly to keep your child and other children safe from harm. Even the most common medication is dangerous if taken incorrectly, or shared inappropriately.
Thank you for your compliance with these regulations and for stressing their importance with your camper. Our desire is for every child to have a safe camp experience!
PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK GRADE IN ACTIVE NETWORK ACCOUNT!
As we begin our final preparations for Foundaion Sleepaway, I would like to ask a favor from all returning campers and parents. It seems Active Network does not automatically advance a campers grade from the year before. This could cause a problem when we begin to create bunks and program rosters. If you are a returning camper and haven't done so already, if you could log into your Active Network account and just double check the campers grade is correct in your account information. You can log in here; https://campsself.active.com/FoundationSportCamps . Any changes or issues, email Mike!
